FINAL EXPENSE / INBOUND CALLS
Final expense inbound calls for licensed agents
Final expense inbound calls are customer-initiated phone calls from people asking about burial or final expense coverage. Inboundsify screens callers through a questionnaire and IVR, routes eligible calls to an available licensed agent, and charges only when the connected call clears the campaign’s billable buffer.*
*The advertising, questionnaire, and IVR pre-qualification process applies only to Premium Pre-Qualified Final Expense calls. Social Media Final Expense and Premium TV Final Expense calls follow separate campaign criteria.
What does an Inboundsify call cost?
Premium Pre-Qualified Final Expense calls are currently $70 per billable call with a 30-second buffer. Premium TV Final Expense calls are $60 per billable call with a 10-second buffer, and Social Media Final Expense calls are $30 per billable call with a 10-second buffer. Campaign availability, licensed states, qualification criteria, and final terms are confirmed before launch.

How do final expense inbound calls work?*
- An interested consumer responds to an advertisement. The marketing explains that the offer concerns final expense or burial insurance.
- The consumer completes a questionnaire.Campaign questions screen for factors such as age, health conditions, and banking status.
- The consumer places the call and completes an IVR.The automated prompts reconfirm intent and core qualification details.
- The call routes to an available agent.Routing considers the caller’s state and the states in which the agent is licensed.
- The billable buffer begins after connection. The agent can use the opening conversation to confirm fit before the campaign threshold is reached.

Inbound call, lead, or live transfer?
| Product | What the agent receives | Who initiates contact |
|---|---|---|
| Inbound call | A live caller connected in real time | The consumer places the call |
| Form lead | Contact information to follow up | The agent normally calls the consumer |
| Live transfer | A call passed from a screener or call center | Depends on how the original contact began |
Inboundsify focuses on customer-initiated inbound calls, not static contact lists. An inbound call may reduce time spent dialing, but it still requires an available agent, a disciplined opening, and a sales process suited to a live conversation.

What does “exclusive” mean?
Each live call is connected to one agent at a time. It is not a shared data lead simultaneously sold to multiple agents. If an agent is unavailable or does not answer, the call may be routed to another available agent. Exclusivity describes the live connection; it is not a guarantee that a consumer has never researched or discussed coverage elsewhere.
Who is a good fit?
This model is designed for licensed agents and agencies that can answer calls in real time, confirm eligibility promptly, explain coverage clearly, and measure results through placed-policy economics. It may be a poor fit for an agent who cannot maintain live availability or whose process depends primarily on scheduled appointments and long follow-up sequences.
No call volume, conversion rate, policy approval, earnings, or return on spend is guaranteed. Results vary with consumer eligibility, campaign source, agent availability, sales skill, carrier placement, persistency, and other factors.

Frequently asked questions
What is a 30-second call buffer?
It is the connected-time threshold for the standard campaign. The agent uses the opening conversation to confirm campaign fit. If the call ends before 30 seconds, it does not become billable under that duration rule; once it passes the threshold, the campaign charge applies.
Are these calls shared?
No. A live call is connected to one agent at a time rather than simultaneously sold as a shared data lead.
Are these live transfers?
No. Premium Pre-Qualified and Premium TV calls are customer-initiated inbound calls. The consumer responds to marketing, completes the qualification path, and places the call before routing to an agent.
Can agents choose licensed states?
The intended routing model matches calls to states the agent selected during onboarding and is licensed to serve. Campaign coverage and availability are confirmed before launch.
