Privacy Policy
Inboundsify LLC, a Nevada limited liability company operating as Inboundsify™ (“Inboundsify,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), provides inbound call aggregation and routing services. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information about people who call numbers routed through our service, visit our websites, create buyer or agency accounts, or contact us.
Our service connects customer-initiated telephone calls with participating insurance agents, agencies, and other approved call buyers. Although we do not operate an insurance application collection service, routing and recording calls involves personal information, including telephone numbers and information spoken during a call.
1. Information we collect
Callers and call records
We and our telephone and routing providers process the originating telephone number, receiving number, call identifiers, date and time, connection information, call duration, source or campaign identifiers, routing outcomes, qualification responses, and billing status. Routing information may include the state or other approximate location indicated by telephone information or provided by the caller. A telephone number does not always establish a person's actual location.
Calls routed through our service may be recorded and, when transcription is enabled, transcribed. Recordings and transcripts contain the voices and information volunteered by callers and agents. This may include names, age, state of residence, insurance interests, or personal circumstances. If health or other sensitive information is discussed, it may also be captured.
Buyer and agency accounts
We collect information supplied when registering, managing an account, or requesting support. This may include names, business and agency names, email addresses, telephone numbers, business addresses, licensing information, authorized users, receiving numbers, routing preferences, and account activity. We maintain records of accepted terms, purchases, credit balances, allocations, subscription status, and billing disputes.
Payments
Our current payment platform is Whop. Whop and its payment partners collect and process payment and checkout information under their applicable privacy notices. We receive information needed to administer purchases and accounts, such as customer contact details, transaction identifiers, payment status, purchase amounts, and subscription status, depending on the checkout configuration.
Do not send full payment-card details, passwords, or sensitive identity documents in ordinary support emails. [VERIFY THE EXACT PAYMENT FIELDS INBOUNDSIFY RECEIVES BEFORE PUBLICATION. DO NOT CLAIM THAT FULL CARD DETAILS ARE NEVER ACCESSIBLE WITHOUT CHECKING THE INTEGRATION.]
Website and support information
Our websites and hosting providers may process IP addresses, browser and device information, pages requested, timestamps, security events, and essential cookie or session identifiers needed to operate the site. We collect the content and contact information you provide when emailing us or using available contact or support features.
2. Where information comes from
We receive information directly from you, through calls and account activity, and from providers supporting our websites, routing, and payments. Publishers and other call suppliers may provide campaign attribution, qualification, and routing information associated with a call. Participating buyers may provide call dispositions, dispute evidence, or support information.
If an advertisement or landing page belongs to another company, that company's privacy notice applies to information it collects. This Policy covers Inboundsify's own handling of information after we receive or process it.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Connect and route inbound calls to available buyers using campaign criteria and routing capacity.
- Administer buyer and agency accounts, payments, subscriptions, balances, and authorized users.
- Measure call duration, determine billable calls, detect repeat calls within the same buyer routing tree, and investigate disputes.
- Review service quality, troubleshoot delivery, maintain security, and detect fraud or misuse.
- Answer support and privacy requests, maintain necessary consent and suppression records, and comply with legal obligations.
- Provide operational notices and, where permitted, business communications to account holders.
Recordings and transcripts may be reviewed by authorized personnel for quality assurance, billing verification, disputes, fraud prevention, and compliance. Any automated transcription or analysis must remain within disclosed service purposes and applicable permissions. [CONFIRM WHICH TRANSCRIPTION OR AI PROVIDERS ARE ENABLED AND WHETHER THEY HAVE ANY INDEPENDENT TRAINING RIGHTS. THIS DRAFT DOES NOT AUTHORIZE GENERAL-PURPOSE AI TRAINING ON CALL DATA.]
4. Call routing and disclosure to buyers
To connect your requested call, we transmit the call and associated routing information to a participating buyer. That buyer and its authorized agency personnel may receive your telephone number, call details, recording or transcript where available, and information you provide during the conversation. Buyers pay Inboundsify for eligible calls.
Each delivered live call is exclusive to its receiving buyer for that call event. This does not reserve your future calls to that buyer. If you independently initiate another call, it may connect to a different buyer. We do not separately offer the telephone number or recording from the purchased call to other buyers for unrelated marketing.
A receiving buyer handles its insurance sales, applications, follow-up, and related records under its own privacy notice and legal obligations. We require buyers to use caller information for authorized purposes and protect it, but their independent processing is not governed solely by this Policy. You may ask the receiving buyer for its identity and privacy notice.
Calling a routed number or reading this Policy does not by itself provide blanket permission for future marketing calls, texts, prerecorded messages, or automated calls. Required permissions and recording notices must be obtained through the applicable call or communication workflow.
5. Other disclosures
We disclose information as needed to the following categories of recipients:
- Telephone and routing providers: Including TrackDrive and the carriers involved in delivering calls, for routing, recordings, call records, troubleshooting, and related service functions.
- Payment providers: Including Whop and its payment partners, to complete purchases, administer subscriptions, address payment issues, and prevent payment fraud.
- Operational providers: Hosting, storage, security, communications, and support providers that process information for the functions they perform for us. Transcription providers are included when that feature is enabled.
- Call suppliers: Limited attribution, delivery, duration, and qualification information necessary to reconcile supplied calls, verify payment, or investigate a specific issue. Caller numbers, audio, or transcripts should be disclosed only when necessary for that purpose and supported by the required permissions and contractual restrictions.
- Professional advisers and lawful authorities: Where needed for legal advice, compliance, a valid legal demand, fraud investigation, or protection of legal rights and safety.
- Business successors: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or business transfer, subject to applicable law and appropriate safeguards for personal information.
We do not authorize service providers to use information they process solely on our behalf for unrelated marketing. Some providers, including a payment platform or receiving buyer, may also process information for independent purposes described in their own privacy notices.
TrackDrive's privacy notice is available at https://trackdrive.com/privacy_policy. Whop's privacy notice is available at https://whop.com/privacy/. We may change providers as business needs change. Material changes to our information practices will be addressed through updated disclosures and any additional notices or permissions required by law.
6. Commercial disclosures and privacy choices
We charge buyers for routed calls and disclose associated caller information as described in Section 4. Whether a particular disclosure is legally a “sale,” “sharing,” or another regulated transfer depends on the applicable law and the circumstances. We do not represent that every paid call transfer is exempt from those definitions.
You may submit a request to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising by emailing support@inboundsify.com with the subject “Privacy Opt Out.” We will apply the request to activities subject to the applicable opt-out right. Where permitted by law, necessary disclosures to complete a connection you specifically request may be handled separately from unrelated marketing disclosures.
7. Cookies and website tracking
Our Inboundsify-controlled website uses essential storage and similar tools for security, account operation, and remembering your analytics preference. With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand website traffic, page use, and whether important actions such as contact forms, buyer requests, publisher applications, or booking-calendar opens occur. We do not send the contents of forms, names, email addresses, telephone numbers, or other direct contact details to Google Analytics.
Google Analytics may process device and browser information, approximate location derived from IP address, page URLs, referral information, and interaction events. Analytics remains disabled unless you select “Allow analytics.” You can decline through the consent notice or clear the site’s local storage to be asked again. We have disabled Google signals and advertising-personalization signals in our tag configuration.
Our embedded appointment scheduler is provided by Google Calendar. When you open or use the scheduler, Google may separately process device and browser information, IP address, cookie or Google Account information, and the booking details you submit under Google’s privacy terms. You may use browser settings to restrict or delete cookies, although blocking essential storage can prevent some features from functioning.
8. Call recording and sensitive information
Inboundsify's IVR provides a recording announcement before connecting callers to buyers. Calls are recorded or transcribed only where legally required notices and permissions are in place or another lawful basis applies. Acceptance of buyer terms or this Policy does not substitute for required recording consent.
Tell us or the receiving agent if you object to recording. A call may need to end or move to an available unrecorded channel if it cannot lawfully continue; we do not promise that an unrecorded channel is available for every campaign.
Please avoid providing Social Security numbers, full payment-card details, or detailed medical information through Inboundsify support channels. Insurance applications and underwriting should be handled through the receiving insurance professional's approved systems. Information spoken during a recorded call may nevertheless enter the recording and transcript. We do not claim that all recordings are free of sensitive information.
If applicable law requires additional consent or authorization to process or disclose sensitive or consumer health information, that must be obtained separately through an appropriate workflow. This Policy is not an authorization to sell consumer health data.
9. Retention
Our standard retention period for call recordings, transcripts, and identifiable caller records is ninety (90) days from the call date. At the end of that period, those records are scheduled for deletion or appropriate de-identification unless a limited exception applies.
We may preserve relevant records longer when necessary for an open dispute, legal claim, valid preservation obligation, fraud investigation, or required compliance record. Opt-out and suppression records may also be retained as needed to avoid contacting people who have opted out. Retention beyond the standard period is limited to the records and purposes requiring it.
Account, transaction, subscription, accounting, and other necessary business or compliance records may be retained beyond ninety days. We determine their retention based on the relationship, the purpose of the record, applicable legal requirements, and the time reasonably necessary to resolve outstanding matters. Detailed call content is not kept indefinitely merely because an accounting entry must be retained.
Deletion from active systems may not immediately remove information from restricted backup copies. Backup deletion follows the applicable backup lifecycle, subject to legal requirements. [CONFIRM AND INSERT THE BACKUP DELETION PERIOD AND ADOPT CATEGORY-SPECIFIC RETENTION SCHEDULES FOR ACCOUNT, FINANCIAL, SECURITY, AND CONSENT RECORDS.]
Receiving buyers, independent suppliers, and payment providers may retain their own records under their policies and legal obligations. Deleting a record from Inboundsify's systems does not automatically delete all independently held copies. Where required by law, we will communicate a qualifying deletion request to relevant recipients.
10. Your privacy requests
Depending on where you live, the information involved, and the laws applicable to Inboundsify, you may have rights to access or obtain a copy of personal information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, opt out of specified disclosures or targeted advertising, limit certain sensitive-information uses, withdraw consent, or appeal a denied request. These rights are subject to the conditions and exceptions in applicable law.
Send requests to support@inboundsify.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” Identify the type of request, whether you are a caller or account holder, and enough information for us to locate relevant records. For a call, the telephone number used and approximate call date may help. Do not send sensitive identity documents unless we request them through an appropriate method.
For requests requiring identity verification, we will use a reasonable method appropriate to the information and risk. Opt-out requests will not be subjected to identity verification where law prohibits that requirement, although we may need information to identify the record or browser affected. Authorized agents may submit requests with evidence of their authority where required.
We will respond within applicable legal deadlines, explain permitted extensions or denials, and provide any legally required appeal instructions. To appeal, email support@inboundsify.com with the subject “Privacy Appeal” and identify the original request. We will not unlawfully discriminate or retaliate against you for exercising privacy rights.
Nevada residents may use support@inboundsify.com as the designated address for a request not to sell covered information, where Nevada's applicable provisions govern the information and activity. California residents may exercise applicable rights under California law through the methods described here and any required additional methods published with this Policy. A Nevada governing-law clause in our buyer terms does not remove mandatory rights provided by another applicable jurisdiction.
11. Communications and opt outs
Account holders may unsubscribe from promotional emails using an available unsubscribe link or by contacting support@inboundsify.com. Necessary account, security, transaction, and legal notices may continue.
Callers may contact us to request suppression of communications controlled by Inboundsify and may separately contact a receiving buyer about that buyer's follow-up. We will honor withdrawals and opt-outs as required by applicable law. A call-routing relationship does not authorize us or a buyer to disregard an opt-out.
12. Security and processing locations
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the personal information we handle. Access is limited according to service and business needs. No system or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We will provide security-incident notices where required by law.
13. Children
Our call-buying and agency platform is intended for adults and business users. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under thirteen. If you believe a child under thirteen provided information to us, contact support@inboundsify.com so we can investigate and take appropriate steps under applicable law.
14. Changes and contact
We will update the effective date when this Policy changes. For material changes, we will provide additional notice where required, such as a website notice or notice to registered account holders. We will obtain any legally required consent for a new use. Publishing an updated policy does not retroactively authorize processing that requires separate permission.
