TRANSPARENT / PAY PER CALL

Final expense inbound call pricing

Inboundsify™ uses straightforward pay-per-call pricing. A call becomes billable only after it clears the buffer for its campaign. Availability, qualification criteria, service areas, and final terms are confirmed before launch.

How the qualification buffer affects billing

The buffer gives the agent time to confirm that the caller meets the campaign criteria. If an unqualified caller disconnects or the agent ends the call before the stated threshold, the call does not become billable under the duration rule. Once the connected call passes the threshold, the listed campaign charge applies.

Buffer duration alone does not determine consumer eligibility or policy placement. Agents should follow the campaign criteria and sample qualification script supplied during onboarding.

What every campaign includes*

  1. Customer-initiated callsThe consumer responds to marketing and independently places the call.
  2. Pre-qualificationA questionnaire and IVR screen for campaign criteria before routing.
  3. Exclusive live connectionEach call connects to one available agent at a time.
  4. Licensed-state routingCalls route according to agent availability and selected licensed states.

*The advertising, questionnaire, and IVR pre-qualification process applies only to Premium Pre-Qualified Final Expense calls. Social Media Final Expense and Premium TV Final Expense calls follow separate campaign criteria.

Before a campaign launches

We confirm eligible states, routing settings, qualification criteria, call schedules, billing terms, and the applicable buffer before calls begin. Call volume is demand-dependent and is not guaranteed.
