FROM AD / TO LIVE CONVERSATION

How Inboundsify™ inbound calls work

The Inboundsify™ path is designed to build intent before an agent answers. For Premium Pre-Qualified Final Expense calls, consumers encounter an educational ad, complete a questionnaire, reconfirm key details through IVR, and then connect with an available agent licensed in their state.*

*The advertising, questionnaire, and IVR pre-qualification process applies only to Premium Pre-Qualified Final Expense calls. Social Media Final Expense and Premium TV Final Expense calls follow separate campaign criteria.

The bulletproof path to pre-qualification*

  1. An honest, educational adNo bait and switch, no promise of free coverage, and no hidden purpose. Campaigns explain that the consumer is exploring final expense insurance.
  2. The questionnaireThe consumer answers questions about age, medical conditions, banking status, and other campaign criteria. Unsatisfactory answers can end the process before a phone number is shown.
  3. IVR (“Press 1 if…”)The caller reconfirms intent and key qualification details through an automated Interactive Voice Response system.
  4. The agent qualification bufferThe connected agent uses the opening conversation and sample script to confirm fit before the campaign’s billable threshold.

How calls reach the right agent

During onboarding, the buyer selects the states where they are licensed and configures their availability. When ready, the agent logs into the tracking platform and sets their status to available. Eligible calls can then route based on state, campaign, and real-time availability.

Calls use the platform workflow. They are not sent as static leads to a personal cell phone, and an unanswered call may route to another available agent.

What happens after connection

The agent greets the caller, confirms the applicable campaign criteria, and begins the sales conversation. The billing threshold depends on the campaign selected.

  • Premium Pre-Qualified Final Expense30-second billable buffer
  • Premium TV Final Expense10-second billable buffer
  • Social Media Final Expense10-second billable buffer

If the connected call clears its listed threshold, it becomes billable under the campaign terms. Final campaign terms govern.
