We do not:

  • Guarantee call volume

  • Guarantee revenue or profitability

  • Act as an insurer, broker, or consumer-facing service provider

All results depend on traffic quality, advertiser performance, and compliance with offer requirements.

3. Shopify Platform

The Site is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce and payment infrastructure used to process transactions.

By using the Site, you also agree to be bound by Shopify’s applicable terms, policies, and payment processing requirements.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account or submit an application.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Keep your account credentials secure

  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized account use

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Payments, Fees, and Refunds

Payments

Payments for services, leads, or call packages must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All prices are subject to change at our discretion.

Refunds

Due to the nature of pay-per-call services:

  • All sales are final unless explicitly stated otherwise

  • Calls are evaluated based on predefined qualification criteria

  • Disputes must be submitted within the timeframe specified for the applicable offer

Refunds or credits, if any, are issued solely at our discretion.

6. Call Qualification & Disputes

Calls are considered billable only if they meet the qualification criteria defined for each offer, which may include:

  • Minimum call duration

  • Intent requirements

  • Geographic, demographic, or eligibility filters

Inboundsify’s call tracking and reporting systems are the source of truth for call qualification decisions.

Abuse, manipulation, or attempts to game call metrics may result in immediate termination.

7. Compliance & Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use misleading, deceptive, or non-compliant marketing tactics

  • Violate TCPA, CAN-SPAM, FTC, state, or federal laws

  • Send incentivized, coerced, or fraudulent calls

  • Engage in activity that harms advertisers, consumers, or the network

You are solely responsible for ensuring your traffic sources and marketing methods are lawful and compliant.

8. Call Recording & Consent

Certain calls may be recorded or monitored for quality assurance, compliance, and dispute resolution purposes.

You acknowledge that:

  • Call recording laws vary by jurisdiction

  • You are responsible for ensuring proper disclosures and consent where required

  • Inboundsify is not liable for your failure to comply with consent laws

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and software, is owned by or licensed to Inboundsify™ and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any Site content without prior written consent.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate access at any time

  • Withhold payments for fraudulent or non-compliant activity

  • Remove offers or users without notice

Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination.

  • Lost profits or revenue

  • Business interruption

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
